For this tutorial we will be using WPForms, you can purchase it using the link above for our discounted rate. That will allow you to download and add the plugin to your site. For the pro features, you would want to add your license key in the settings as well.
With the plugin installed and activated, we will go under WPForms, Add New to start creating our form and we will use the Request A Quote form template. You have the power to change how the fields are displayed on the form itself and when you embed it the form will be the same as it is in the builder.
In the form’s settings, you can change the different notification options such as where to send the form, the from name, and the subject line to improve the chances that your message would be seen.
Once you set up the form how you like, we will want to go to the post or page you would like it to appear on and add the WPForms block. In the dropdown, select the form you wish to include on the page by choosing the name you had for it.
